THE PELTOURS SERVICE: "12 Mai 48 Bern" dated content typed letter in German parents to children in "Kibbutz Afikim - the Jordan Valley - Palestine". They write that the Israeli Agency in Cyprus offered to transfer the letter to destination. Offered are the contents & the cv franked 2 pi Cyprus stp cancelled by a box mute obliterator. Front & back with circular PELTOURS LTD / HAIFA - PEL  cachet - they couriered the cv to Haifa. Recipient's note on back: received 9 VI 48 (in German); slight roughly opened, f-vf most unusual route & couriered during complete postal blockade on Israel
