Ivri stps (#1 & 2), all tied by Israeli pmks BEIT HAKEREM 16.8.48 & transit pmks JERUSAEM3 - 16.8.,  TEL-AVIV 17.8 & arrival  REHOVOT 17.8.1948. The Jerus Locals tolerated at origin were not accepted in Rehovot at such a late date & cv was Taxed the next day 33m 1st P. Dues (#J1+3+4) - double the deficiency: 25m less 8m valid D. Ivri = 17x2 = 34m (1m convenience undefranking).
