For an unknown reason it was sent to London where 1d stp was affixed on transit & cancelled London 16 MR 18 and then forwarded to Alex. w/2 arr pmks on back 3 & 4 Apr. 18, censor label & cachet type CCA3; 2 filing holes at extreme left not affecting, cv opened for display, tiny paper staple holes in margin, fine & most unusual. Contents, signed by B. Yaffe, endorsed in Heb.: "Received via London 5/4/18" describing deportations by the Turks during WWI (see HLPH #8 p. 396)
