WWII - The Saga of Private Melchior Sajovits of TLV, Jewish Palestinian soldier in the British Army Pioneer Corps, in German captivity, w/all his Jew. unit, as of 4/1941. They were transferred to Upper Schlesia - Stalag VIIIB Labor Camp. The corresp. attached - 19 cvs Palest. to him & 16 POW cards from him to Palest. dates from 1/1942 to 7/1944 & shows the Camps to which the POWs were assigned to: VIIIB, E208, E416, E561 & E593.
