8/1947 Palestine Post imptd cv P.T. 752 (27x20cm - on original exhibit page) sent Haifa H.P.O to Chicago Surface Registered frank 2+13x10+20m (SG #90 + 13x97 + 99) total 152m: 20 basic + 15 regist + 9x13 for 9x additional weight, although it was an official cv it had to be franked as mailed abroad, N. York transit & Chicago arrival pmks on back; few bends due to size away from the stps, f – vf

Cv is addressed to a lady "c/o The Post Office..." - like a Poste-Restante Service - back has 14 Haifa pmks (same type) all diff. dates! as Post tried every few days, unsuccessfully, to collect the Post Due until 30 JA 24 - last pmk exactly 2 months after 1st taxation - similar to the
