Pictorial stps incl. the High Values to the £1 (SG #103 & 109/111) total of 2415 mils: 15m Registration + 30x80m, carried by BSAA (British South American Airwaves) via Rio de Janeiro, circular cachet "Certificado Central" applied in Buenos Aires & British sealing tapes "Found Open..."; cv trimmed at left & peripheral faults, few damaged stps, this unusual franking made by a philatelist bank employee taking advantage of this commercial mailing to create this Rare item
