Ha'am 10m Ship stp (Ba #23) valid for domestic franking only until 22.5.1948, to DP Camp in Windsheim - Germany, cv originated in Metula, UNTAXED - probably the postal employee in the HAIFA sorting office gave grace to the addressee in the Camp & the German Post did not realize that this is an unvalid franking.
